Job Title: SAP Data Migration Specialist (6 months with potential for extension)

Location: Dublin, Co. Dublin (Hybrid Work)

Rate: €500 per/day depending on experience

Overview: We are looking for a skilled SAP Data Migration Specialist to lead data migration efforts for our SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA through effective planning, transformation, and validation of complex data sets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with S/4HANA data structures and migration tools, along with a strong understanding of business processes and data governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the end-to-end data migration strategy for SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using tools like SAP BODS, LSMW, or SAP Data Services.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to define mapping rules and ensure accurate data conversions.
• Conduct data cleansing, enrichment, validation, and reconciliation activities to meet project quality standards.
• Support data cutover planning, mock migrations, and post-go-live issue resolution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP data migration, with at least one full-cycle S/4HANA migration project.
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA data models and master/transactional data objects (e.g., Business Partner, Material Master, GL).
• Proficiency in SAP migration tools such as BODS, LSMW, LTMC, or third-party ETL solutions.
• Experience with data quality assurance, reconciliation, and audit processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional project teams.
